There are 2 new horses at RQH one is a large bay 4 yr old pony named Fancy, "You Strike My Fancy" and the other is the beginning of Herbie's team... a belgian mare that we will call Tiny, now we have to find a mate for her!! There will be Sleigh rides this winter Yay!!
Congratulations to Kathryn Addie from Rockland on her recent addition. Kathryn has purchased Star An Zippers, she now has two new 2 yr olds. Star will be a buddy to her first horse Andy. Good Luck!!

Katie has a very special THANK YOU to Jackie Boileau for allowing her to have Brownie all summer. Katie enjoyed jumping , showing and learning from Brownie. They had a great summer together. Thanks Jackie... from the Aitken Family.
Melody Boots is the proud owner of a new horse, Congratulations on purchasing Topaz.Taking on a 2 year old is a big task but Melody is up for the challenge. I'm sure that the two of you will become a great team.

I'm very pleased with the results from Horse-A-Rama, everyone did a great job. We placed & won in every class. All of the riders & their horses did excellent, the times were great & the riding was awesome. Way to go RQH barrel team.

Congratiulations to Justin Adams on purchasing Montana, an AQHA mare "Try Me If You Dare". Justin has been riding her for a few months and they have been placing well at the shows.They have become a very good barrel racing team.

Rose Quarter Horses has yet another new horse, Lower The Boon is a Reg. sorrel thoroughbred gelding. Booney is a very sweet, easygoing horse and is a school horse.

Indy has had her foal!! He's a sorrel colt named Oliver, reg. name of Ziped Allover, he is a very spunkie little fella. Indy will be bred to Cb Lets Talk Aboutme for a 2008 foal.

Rose Quarter Horses & Training Centre has a new stallion, Toby, "CB Lets Talk Aboutme" is an AQHA chestnut, 2004 15.3 hh stallion. Toby is a speedbred stallion, with a great temperament and will cross well on barrel horses, jumpers or performance mares. april/07
RQH has purchased 4 new 3 & 4 yr old fillies, all are tall & elegant and will be trained this summer. These fillies are all from Oklahoma and are well bred speedhorses. They are not officially for sale but consideration may be given to the right owner. There names are: CB First Lady Bug, CB Countess Decketta, CB Remember When & CB Miss Azure Bug. april/07

There is a new school pony at RQH, her name is Mooca. Mooca is very talented she can jump, run barrels and will do flat lessons.
J's training is going well & she will be an awsome school horse. She will do english & western.

Congratulations to everyone who supported the ride for C.H.E.O. Everyone had a great time & we raised an impressive total of $6100.00 along with what the bank of Nova Scotia is matching us ($5000.00) that is $11000.00 for the kids at CHEO.Way to go everyone!!
